Hi I’m Nicole! I am a Licensed Nail Tech specializing in gel based products & nail art. Wondering where the name came from? Pomalo: Croatian Slang for “take it easy” or “slow down” Pomalo describes the relaxed mentality of coastal Croatia. PLEASE NOTE: -I do not work on top of other artists work. -No children under the age of 8years allowed -Only 1 person is allowed to accompany you during your appointment. -No phone scrolling during your services please If you don’t see a time that works for you, please send a contact request. If we find a time outside of business hours that works for both of us, a $50 fee will be added.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
-48 Hour Cancellation/rescheduling required. Any cancellations/rescheduling must be made 48+ hours before the start time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your deposit or a charge of $35 & refunds will not be given.
-if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged to your card on file.
-15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled & you will be responsible for a 50-100% fee of the booked appointment total. (Case by case basis)
-No Call/No Show will result in a full charge of the booked service total. 2 instances & you will be blocked from booking.
-Failure to pay will result in any future appointments cancelled.
-3 or more cancellations or reschedules made during a booking quarter will result in advanced booking privileges to be revoked. You will not be able to book more than 1 appointment at a time, each requiring a paid deposit & must be made through me.
-Emergencies will be taken into consideration with all policies
